Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges. This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

1. Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline

We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of activation. We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.

2. General Warranty Terms

Alemanni Private Limited, the trademark owner and producer of “TRAKSIFY” devices, warrants to the original purchaser that the TRAKSIFY COMPANION, TS-300AG and that the TRAKSIFY ACTIVE GPS ID, TS-200AG shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of activation. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, Alemanni Private Limited will repair or replace the defective device against no charge.

​If your TRAKSIFY device is replaced for a defect covered under warranty, you may receive a refurbished device in exchange for your original device. The replaced unit will carry the remaining warranty period from the original purchased device.

Any defective device with a valid warranty claim (RMA Number) must be returned to:

*: Important; prior to sending in a defective item the original purchaser is required to complete the online warranty claim form. Please submit the warranty claim here. Once approved an RMA number is issued.

3. Acceptable Item Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Please note that certain products may have specific conditions for return, and these conditions will be clearly communicated on the product page if applicable.

4. Refund and Shipping Charges

We understand the importance of transparent and fair refund and shipping charges. Our policy aims to be reasonable. We offer free shipping on returns, which means you won’t have to worry about additional shipping costs when returning items.

5. Additional Information about faulty usage of the device by the end-users (Out of warranty conditions)

The manufacturer’s warranty covers any faults in manufacture or normal use. It does not cover breakages from misuse by the customer, overcharging of battery, or damage due to the product having been dropped or having been exposed over a prolonged period to water or heat.

TRAKSIFY devices may be repaired at the customer’s request and cost if damaged out of warranty conditions or term. If it is uneconomic to repair, Alemanni Private Limited may offer the customer a replacement device.
